Every game. Mobile too.
180+ games in 11 genres, from Valorant and Dota 2 to chess and Minecraft. Don't see yours? Coaches can teach any online game.
Coaches who've proven it
Before coaching a game, every coach passes a skill check: they show their rank with proof, like a tracker profile or ranked history, and our team gives them a level for that game.
Solid players who can fix your basics.
High-ranked players with a strong grasp of the game.
Top-ranked players who teach strategy and decision-making.
The very best: pros, semi-pros and top of the ladder.
Harder games, higher prices
Games that take longer to master allow more: up to 1.5 times the price for hard games like Valorant and Fortnite, and up to twice for the hardest, like Dota 2, League of Legends, Apex Legends and Counter-Strike 2. Prices above are for a typical game.
Tiers earned on LevelUp
Coaches also climb tiers from real sessions and reviews: New, then Rising (5 sessions, 4.0 stars), Pro (25 sessions, 4.5 stars) and Elite (100 sessions, 4.8 stars).
Your money is held until the session is done
- Payment held. The coach is only paid after you confirm your session.
- Problems handled. If something goes wrong, report it and our team decides whether to pay the coach or refund you.
- Skill-checked coaches. Every coach is approved by our team and passes a skill check for each game they teach.
- Your payment details stay private. Cards and PayPal are entered only on our payment provider's secure pages. LevelUp never sees them, and nobody else learns how you paid.
- Contact details on your terms. Your WhatsApp, Discord or socials are shared only with your coach, and only after they accept your booking.
- Report and block. Report a person, message or session right where you see it. Block anyone and they can't message you or book with you.
- Adults only. LevelUp is for people aged 18 and over.
- Fair play. No boosting, no cheats, no game keys or in-game currency. Those break game rules and get players banned.
Coaches and players, everywhere
Practice with someone in another time zone and another country. Coaches list in their own currency, buyers pay in theirs, and the rate is fixed at checkout so nobody gets a surprise. Session times always show in your own time zone.

Questions
What can I buy on LevelUp?
Coaching sessions: live one-on-one lessons and reviews of your matches. We don't allow rank boosting, account sharing, cheats, game keys or in-game currency.
Which games can I get coached in?
180+ games across shooters, MOBAs, battle royales, fighting, sports and racing, strategy, sandbox, MMOs, party games, rhythm games and board games, including mobile games like Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire and Standoff 2. Coaches can also teach online games that aren't on the list yet.
How do you check coaches?
Every coach is approved by our team. For each game they want to teach, they submit their rank with proof, such as a tracker profile, and our team gives them a skill level from Skilled to Master. Their tier (New to Elite) comes from real sessions and reviews on LevelUp.
Why do some coaches cost more?
Each skill level has a maximum price, and harder games allow more. A Master in Dota 2 can charge more than a Skilled player in a casual game. Coaches set their own price within that limit. In some countries, such as Mongolia, the limit is lower so local players can afford it.
When does the coach get paid?
After you confirm the session is done. If you don't respond within 72 hours of the coach marking it delivered, payment is released automatically.
What if the session doesn't happen or goes badly?
You can cancel for a full refund before the coach accepts, and report a problem after delivery. Our team reviews the dispute and either refunds you or pays the coach.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. You enter your card or PayPal details only on our payment provider's secure pages. LevelUp never receives or stores them, and coaches never see how you paid.
Which currencies can I pay in?
26 currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY, KRW, INR, BRL, MXN and CAD. The exchange rate is fixed at checkout, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Is there an app?
You can install LevelUp from your browser today (Install app, or Add to Home Screen on iPhone), with notifications.
Is LevelUp live yet?
This is an early preview. Payments run in demo mode until Stripe is connected, so no real money changes hands yet.
Ready to level up?
Browse coaches for free. You only pay once you book a session, and that payment stays held until you confirm it went well.
